Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Please note: We ship worldwide but cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary during holiday seasons or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Minnetonka footwear. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible:
- Item must be in original condition
- Unworn and free from scuffs or marks
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by original receipt or proof of purchase
Important Exception: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Slippers once they have been removed from their original packaging. All other footwear categories (Boots, Flats, Heels & Pumps, Sandals, Sneakers & Athletic Shoes) are eligible according to our standard policy.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and product details
- Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with a return authorization number and instructions
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Include the return authorization number clearly on the outside of the package

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5-7 business days of arrival), we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The timing may vary depending on your payment provider:
- Visa/MasterCard/JCB: 5-7 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once we receive and process your return. Standard shipping charges apply for the new shipment unless the exchange is due to our error.
